Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred; not mandatory.
• NJ Driver's License.
• Strong financial literacy and ability to interpret spreadsheets and budgets.
• Experience negotiating contracts and managing facilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
• Knowledge of communities/property/real estate and HOAs preferred.
• Commitment to continuing education.
• Self-motivated, proactive, detail-oriented, and a team player.
• Time management and prioritization skills.

Responsibilities

• Supervise operation and administration of the Association per management agreement.
• Liaise with Board of Trustees and homeowners.
• Perform administrative and management duties per board requests.
• Develop and use community management tools (calendar, budgets, etc.).
• Review monthly financial reports and prepare management summaries.
• Recommend capital expenditures to maintain appearance and operation.
• Monitor delinquency rates and collections.
• Attend Board meetings and community events.
• Prepare Board packages within established time frames.
• Assist with architectural review and routine inspections.
