Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree is preferred but not mandatory.
• Valid NJ driver's license.
• Strong financial knowledge and ability to read spreadsheets and charts.
• Experience in contract negotiation and facility management.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
• Knowledge of communities/homeowners associations is preferred.
• Self-motivated, detail-oriented team player.
• Time management and prioritization skills.

Responsibilities

• Supervise operation and administration of the Association in accordance with the management agreement and policies.
• Liaise with the Board of Trustees and homeowners as needed.
• Perform administrative and management duties per the board's requests.
• Develop and utilize community management tools (calendar, action items, budgets, etc.).
• Review monthly financial reports and present a management summary to the board.
• Recommend major capital expenditures to maintain appearance and operation.
• Monitor delinquency rates and collections in the portfolio.
• Attend Board meetings and community events as needed.
• Prepare Board packages within established time frames.
• Maintain files related to operations; oversee architectural reviews.
• Oversee vendor management and performance evaluation.
• Coordinate inspections of facilities and proceed with follow-up actions.
• Oversee AP processes per office procedures.
