Horning Management Company seeks an experienced Collections & Legal Administration Manager to lead centralized collections and legal operations across 26 communities and ~4,200 units in DC, MD, and VA. You will manage delinquency, settlements, and court actions while coordinating with outside counsel and across departments.

Qualifications

• Five or more years of experience in multifamily property management collections or related legal administration.
• Experience coordinating with outside counsel on litigation or high-volume filings.
• Working knowledge of property management software and data analysis.

Responsabilités

• Lead company-wide strategies to reduce delinquency and improve cash flow.
• Oversee statutory notices, filings, and litigation-ready documentation across DC, MD, and VA.
• Coordinate court appearances and communications with counsel and operations.
• Develop dashboards and reporting to track delinquencies, settlements, and attorney performance.
• Train Operations teams on collections processes and timelines.
