Job summary

PNC Financial Services Group, Inc. is seeking a Portfolio Analytics & Strategy Specialist within the Consumer Data Solutions & Analytics organization. Based in Tysons Corner, VA, you will lead data-driven decision making and develop analytical solutions that support customer data strategy.

You will partner with risk, technology, product and governance teams, build dashboards in Tableau/Power BI, and mentor junior analysts while ensuring regulatory and data governance alignment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Data Analytics, BI, or related roles.
• Strong SQL and Python experience for data manipulation and modeling.
• Experience presenting complex analyses to executives and cross-functional teams.
• Experience with sandbox data environments and data governance is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead analytics initiatives aligning with business strategy and risk management.
• Analyze large consumer datasets to generate actionable insights.
• Develop and maintain dashboards and reporting using Tableau, Power BI, SQL, and Python.
• Collaborate with Risk, Compliance, Technology, Product, and Analytics teams to drive decisions.
• Mentor junior analysts and promote analytics best practices.
