PNC is seeking a Portfolio Analytics & Strategy Specialist to lead data-driven decision making within the Consumer Data Solutions & Analytics team. Based in multiple U.S.

locations, the role emphasizes SQL, Python, Tableau and Power BI to deliver insights for risk, regulatory, and business performance. You will partner with risk, technology, product, and governance teams, mentor junior analysts, and help automate reporting while maintaining data governance and controls in a fast-paced financial

Qualifications

• 5+ years in data analytics, BI, or decision support.
• Experience presenting complex analyses to executives and stakeholders.
• Experience with sandbox data environments for data exploration and validation.
• Experience in risk management, governance, or regulatory initiatives.
• Advanced SQL with complex queries, joins, and performance optimization.
• Strong Python skills for data manipulation, analysis and automation.
• Dashboard development using Tableau and Power BI.

Responsibilities

• Lead analytics initiatives to support business strategy and risk management.
• Analyze large consumer datasets to provide actionable insights and recommendations.
• Develop and maintain dashboards, scorecards, and reporting solutions.
• Collaborate with business, risk, tech, and governance teams to define requirements.
• Communicate findings to senior leadership and translate into business actions.
