You will monitor lending portfolios, build analytical solutions in SQL and Python, and present findings to leaders across Product, Risk, and Operations. The role emphasizes collaboration, data-driven decision making, and developing automated reports and dashboards to support portfolio growth and risk management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field.
• 1-2 years of relevant analytics experience or MBA.
• Strong hands-on experience with SQL.
• Writing complex queries including joins, aggregations, and subqueries.
• Understanding relational databases and data structures.
• Strong Python programming for data analysis and automation/reporting.
• Experience analyzing large datasets and deriving business insights.
• Proficiency with Excel and collaboration tools (JIRA, Confluence).

Responsibilities

• Monitor and analyze performance of lending portfolios across consumer products.
• Develop analytical solutions using SQL and Python.
• Query and validate data from enterprise databases to identify trends and risks.
• Evaluate portfolio performance metrics and credit trends.
• Support strategy analysis through data-driven insights.
• Design and automate recurring reports, dashboards, and monitoring processes.
• Present findings to senior leaders and cross-functional teams.
• Participate in portfolio reviews and strategic discussions.
