Job summary

Vertiv, headquartered in Westerville, Ohio, seeks a Portfolio Analytics Manager/PMO Tools & Insights Lead to establish and lead analytics, reporting, and data governance for the IT PMO. You will own ServiceNow SPM, portfolio reporting, data quality, and executive dashboards to enable informed decision-making across the IT portfolio.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT, business, CS, engineering, or data analytics.
• 7+ years in PMO, portfolio management, BI, reporting, analytics, or related disciplines.
• Experience supporting enterprise-scale IT portfolios.
• Experience administering and optimizing PPM tools.
• Strong understanding of project, program, and portfolio management methodologies.
• Advanced experience with reporting and analytics platforms.
• Certification in PMP, PgMP, PMI-PMOCP, PMI-SP, SAFe, Lean Six Sigma, or equivalent.
• Experience with ServiceNow SPM and Power BI.

Responsibilities

• Administer the organization's PPM platform, ServiceNow SPM, and other project solutions.
• Define and maintain PMO tool strategy, roadmap, governance, and standards.
• Drive automation of project and portfolio management processes.
• Improve PMO reporting, governance, and operational processes with leaders.
• Implement best practices for portfolio reporting and analytics.
• Establish reporting and data management standards across delivery teams.
• Provide analytical support for portfolio planning and prioritization decisions.
• Identify opportunities to improve portfolio value and delivery effectiveness.
