Job summary

Jobtailor is seeking a data-driven Portfolio Analytics Analyst to optimize SKU portfolios and deliver actionable insights across the Trauma and Extremities Supply Chain. You will own performance reporting, develop Power BI dashboards, and partner with Finance on COGS analytics to influence strategic decisions.

You bring 4+ years in supply chain analytics, hands-on Power BI, Alteryx, Excel and Tableau, and the ability to translate complex data into clear leadership recommendations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent university degree.
• Minimum four years of relevant professional work experience.
• Supply chain experience.
• Strong data curiosity and analytical acumen.
• Ability to analyze complex data sets and translate findings into actionable items at strategic and tactical levels.
• Hands-on experience with Power BI, Alteryx, Excel, and Tableau.
• Ability to frame complex information simply and clearly for a leadership audience.
• Willingness to travel up to 10% domestically and internationally.

Responsibilities

• Analyze SKU portfolios using analytical and AI tools to support optimization and End of Life reviews.
• Partner with Finance on COGS and Purchase Price Variance analytics.
• Establish metrics to track roadmap progress with key DRIs and stakeholders.
• Implement digital tools for recurring project financial reporting with Project Managers.
• Develop and own performance reporting mechanisms, including Power BI dashboards, for Portfolio initiatives.
• Create learning materials and training to support change management as new reports and data are introduced.
• Report to the Manager, Portfolio Management for Trauma and Extremities Supply Chain.
• Work across the platform to strengthen analytics, reporting, and digital tools supporting portfolio and financial decision-making.
