About The Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and business-oriented Product Analyst to join our team, focused on driving growth, margin, and customer relevance across our multi-brand product portfolio. This role goes beyond reporting — the right candidate will deeply understand our products, connect the dots across data sources, and proactively deliver insights that shape strategy and accelerate performance.
Responsibilities
- Build, maintain, and continually improve dashboards in partnership with Portfolio Development, Special Orders, Procurement, and Design teams.
- Track performance across top line sales, margin, and other KPIs — at the collection, region, and pattern level.
- Recommend new views or metrics that improve visibility into portfolio health.
- Lead hindsight analyses across the portfolio to surface what is working and what is not.
- Translate findings into hypotheses for new collections, new goods, and recoloring opportunities.
- Provide data-driven recommendations that influence design, merchandising, and product strategy.
- Act as a trusted partner to business leaders, identifying opportunities or risks before they emerge.
- Bring a proactive, “business owner” mindset — connecting data to strategy and customer impact.
- Connect disparate data sources, clean and organize information, and make it usable for decision-making.
- Ensure stakeholders across the business have access to accurate, actionable data.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Data Analytics, or related field.
- 2–4 years of experience in analytics, business intelligence, or strategy roles (consumer goods or design-related industry a plus).
- Strong experience with Power BI (required) and familiarity with SQL or other data tools a plus.
- Proven ability to go beyond reporting to deliver strategic insights.
- Comfort working with large, complex data sets and cleaning/structuring data for business use.
- Exceptional communication and collaboration skills; able to translate data into compelling stories for non-technical partners.
- Passion for design, product, and customer relevance a plus.
What We’re Looking For
- Curiosity and drive to deeply understand the product portfolio across brands and categories.
- Motivation to anticipate business needs and provide proactive solutions.
- A builder’s mindset: excited to shape new tools, views, and insights that help the company grow faster and smarter.
