Schumacher & Co. is seeking an analytical, organized, and product-minded Portfolio Development Manager.
Every pattern, colorway, and collection we bring to market shapes what "home" looks like for the next generation. As Merchandising Manager, you'll help decide which products earn a place in Schumacher's portfolio and shape how that portfolio evolves for the next 30+ years. This role sits at the intersection of design and commercial strategy: you'll sharpen assortment decisions, strengthen the data and processes behind every launch, and bring rigor to how we plan and grow our line. It's a role for someone who wants real ownership over outcomes, not just process.
You'll partner closely with Design, Product Development, Sales, and Operations to move collections efficiently from concept through launch. The ideal candidate is proactive, comfortable working independently, and able to take ownership of projects while collaborating effectively across teams.
Your well-being is our top priority. Our benefits and total compensation are designed for the whole person, caring for both you and your family.
