About The Role

We are looking for a Performance Management Associate who is responsible for designing, implementing, and overseeing an organization's performance management system, including developing performance metrics, providing training to managers on evaluation techniques, analyzing performance data, and identifying areas for employee development to align individual performance with company goals. This person will analyze performance data, identify areas for improvement, and develop strategies to boost efficiency and productivity. Their goal: help businesses perform better and achieve their objectives.

Responsibilities

  • Identifying high-potential employees, creating development plans based on performance data, and recommending appropriate training and career development opportunities.
  • Educating managers on performance management best practices, providing guidance on conducting performance reviews, and coaching them on delivering feedback to employees.
  • Collecting, analyzing, and interpreting performance data to identify trends, strengths, weaknesses, and areas for improvement.
  • Collaborating with employees and managers to set SMART (Specific, Measurable, Achievable, Relevant, and Time-bound) performance goals aligned with organizational objectives.
  • Facilitating the performance review process, ensuring fair and consistent evaluations, and documenting feedback for employees.
  • Working with underperforming employees to develop targeted improvement plans and monitor progress.
  • Presenting performance data and insights to leadership teams through reports and dashboards, highlighting areas of success and areas needing attention.

Requirements

  • Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently with minimal direction.
  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field required.
  • Strong understanding of performance management principles and methodologies

  • Interest in coaching and mentoring skills to support employee development
