Job summary

Bespoke Technologies, Inc. is seeking a Subject Matter Expert in Portfolio Analysis & Integration to lead transition planning, assess IT portfolios, and develop baselines. You will present findings to executives and shape policy guidance.

The role fuels strategic directions, manages technical staff, and fosters cross-entity collaboration to deliver integrated solutions and roadmaps aligned with mission goals.

Qualifications

• Typically requires a BS degree with 12+ years of relevant experience or a Masters with 10+ years of relevant experience.
• May possess a Doctorate in a technical domain.
• Draft products or deliverables reflecting clear writing and analytical rigor.
• Knowledge of portfolio, program, and project management discipline.
• Experience with performance metrics, cost, schedule, and risk tracking.

Responsibilities

Job Description

This position is responsible for conducting analysis of transition planning, intelligence information requirements, and developing architecture baselines. Duties may include providing research and assistance with implementation of community policies and guidance. Employees may also support business process improvements or systems analysis for missions, systems, and fiscal requirements.

Impact

Influences development of solutions that impact strategic project/program goals and business results. Recommends and develops new technical solutions, products, and/or standards in support of function’s strategy and operations. Leads and manages works of other technical staff that has significant impact on project results/outputs.

Complexity

Resolves highly complex problems using significant application of technical knowledge, conceptualizing, reasoning and interpretation. Develops solutions that are highly innovative, and achieved through research and integration of best practices.

Communication

Requires ability to communicate with executive leadership (internally or client) regarding matters of significant importance to the organization/project.

Has in-depth understanding of technical principles, theories, concepts and their application across range of programs.

Basic Requirements

• Portfolio Management Experience - Monitor and analyze IT portfolio of programs and their associated capabilities and Services
• Strategic Planning Experience – support the evolution of the Sponsor’s strategic direction and priorities
• Make recommendations to aid sponsor decision-making, to include proposed strategies and/or roadmaps; identified risks, capability and performance gaps, and dependencies; alignment with the strategic framework and priorities; and funding and related program issues
• Assist government client with programmatic goals and objectives, schedules, and reports to the senior-level executivesCommunicate technical topics in a non-technical manner to senior-level audiences
• Extensive experience in collaboration across multiple entities

Basic Qualifications

• Draft products that reflect strong writing and grammatical skills
• Knowledge of portfolio, program, and project management discipline
• Familiarity with planning, programing, Budgeting, and execution discipline
• Knowledge of key performance indicators
