Job summary

Xcelerate Solutions in Bethesda, MD seeks a Portfolio Analysis and Integration SME with TS/SCI clearance with CI Poly to lead analysis of transition planning, requirements, and architecture baselines for mission programs.

The role requires BS with 8–12 years (or MS with 6–10 years) and the ability to communicate complex topics to executives, develop roadmaps, schedules, and deliverables using Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; BS with 8–12 years of experience or MS with 6–10 years of experience.
• Active TS/SCI w/ CI Poly clearance required.
• Strong writing and communication skills; ability to present to senior executives.

Responsibilities

• Portfolio Management Experience - Monitor and analyze IT portfolio of programs and their capabilities and services.
• Strategic Planning Experience - support evolution of sponsor's strategic direction and priorities.
• Develop and recommend strategies, roadmaps, risks, dependencies, and funding issues.
• Assist government clients with program goals, schedules, and reports to executives.
• Communicate technical topics in a non-technical manner to senior-level audiences.
• Develop program assessment processes and methodologies.
• Developing integration and transition plans.
• Monitoring cost, schedule, risk, and performance.
