Job summary

DoubleLine, LP is seeking an Analyst in Portfolio Administration to join the Tampa team. You will help oversee portfolio accounting data, client reporting, and performance while supporting global custody operations.

You will identify data discrepancies, drive resolution, and collaborate with custodians, fund administrators, and middle office to ensure accuracy and efficiency. Proficiency with Excel, Power BI, Python, SQL, and Microsoft 365 is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Ability to analyze complex data, investigate discrepancies, and drive issues through resolution.
• Exposure to investment operations or financial services is a plus.
• Familiarity with global custody, fund accounting, or middle-office processes is helpful but not required.
• Proficiency with Microsoft 365 is required.
• Experience with Excel, Power BI, Python, SQL or similar is a plus.
• Basic knowledge of fixed income instruments preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee DoubleLine’s outsourced middle office service provider and work with them to ensure data accuracy and reduce operational risk.
• Support projects related to process improvement, automation, data quality, and efficiency.
• Assist in setting up and maintaining global custody accounts and tax documents for DoubleLine funds.
• Collaborate with custodians and fund administrators to ensure connectivity and communication with the middle office.
• Lead and facilitate regular meetings with internal and external stakeholders to align objectives.
• Research daily data discrepancies and perform root cause analysis for recurring breaks.
