Job summary

Qualifications

• BS Degree in Accounting; CPA or CPA candidate preferred.
• Experience in portfolio/investment and partnership accounting; leadership experience required.
• Working knowledge of US GAAP.
• Understanding of key fund documents terms.
• Advanced Excel skills: VLOOKUP, SUMIF, IF, XIRR, SUBTOTAL, ROUND, named ranges.
• Private equity accounting software experience a plus.
• Able to multitask and meet tight deadlines.
• Experience delegating, training and supervising staff.
• Experience managing multiple client relationships.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage client relationships and review financial statements and support schedules.
• Review SBA compliance reporting and capital call/distribution calculations.
• Ensure best practices and process improvements for client service teams.
• Assist internal teams with client deliverables and project work.
• Provide supervision, training and career development for staff.
• Support special projects and internal administrative tasks.
