Livingston, NJ (Hybrid, three days per week onsite)

Monday to Friday 9 am to 6 pm

Some of the things you will be doing:

• Manage client relationships
• Review financial statements, and support schedules, including waterfall calculations (GAAP & OCBOA)
• Review SBA compliance reporting, including SBA Form 468
• Review capital call & distribution calculations and letters
• Ensure that best practices are used by client service team and look for process improvements
• Assist internal teams with all client deliverables as needed
• Career development, supervision, and training of staff
• Assist with special projects as needed
• Perform internal administrative tasks, including document management and time tracking

What technical skills, experience, and qualifications do you need?

• BS Degree in Accounting-CPA or CPA candidate preferred
• Experience in portfolio/investment and partnership accounting required, experience leading a team is necessary
• Working knowledge of US GAAP
• Thorough understanding of key terms of fund documents
• Advanced Excel skills (VLOOKUP, SUMIF, IF, XIRR, SUBTOTAL, ROUND, named ranges)

At CSC, compensation decisions are dependent on a number of factors including job location and the knowledge and experience of each individual. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $95,000 to $120,000.
