Job summary

CSC in Livingston, NJ seeks a senior fund accounting leader to manage client relationships, onboarding, and fund setup. You will oversee accounting records, waterfall calculations, and SBA reporting while identifying cross-sell opportunities for CSC products.

Candidates should have 10+ years in portfolio/investment accounting with 5+ years in supervision, US GAAP knowledge, and strong communication. Hybrid schedule with three days in office; salary range $175,000–$200,000.

Qualifications

• BS Degree in Accounting; CPA or CFA preferred.
• 10+ years’ portfolio/investment accounting experience; 5+ years supervisory experience.
• Working knowledge of US GAAP for investment companies.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage client relationships including onboarding new clients, review of fund documents and fund setup and renewals of existing client engagements.
• Identify opportunities for additional fund services and cross-sell CSC products.
• Review accounting records and waterfall calculations (GAAP & OCBOA).
• Review SBA compliance reporting and Form 468.
• Oversee capital call and distribution calculations and letters.
• Assist internal teams with client deliverables and ensure best practices.
