Qualifications

• BS Degree in Accounting is required.
• Experience as a Fund Accountant in Private Equity.
• Working knowledge of US GAAP.
• Advanced Excel skills (VLOOKUP, SUMIF, IF/THEN, XIRR, SUBTOTAL, ROUND, named ranges)
• Able to multi task and perform tasks under strict deadlines.
• Professional verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Prepare financial statements and support schedules (GAAP and other basis).
• Prepare capital call and distribution calculations and prepare and distribute letters.
• Prepare NAV calculations.
• Investor and compliance reporting.
• Daily client interaction.
• Matrix reporting structure for client services.
