EMBREY is seeking a Porter at The Artesian at Bee Cave to keep the community clean and welcoming while delivering outstanding resident service. You will help maintain the property, assist residents, and support the maintenance team with daily tasks.

Qualifications

• One year of Porter experience in property management or similar.
• Knowledge of basic property cleaning and maintenance.
• Valid Driver’s License.

• Ensure the grounds, buildings, and units are fully functional, safe, and attractive.
• Clean and remove all trash, obstacles, and debris from the community.

As a Porter, you will sustain the cleanliness and quality of the property by cleaning assigned areas and providing exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities

• Inspect and maintain the property, buildings, and equipment.
• Ensure the grounds, buildings, and units are fully functional, safe, and attractive.
• Clean and remove all trash, obstacles, and debris from the community.
• Maintain pool and equipment on a regular schedule.

Qualifications

• One year of experience as a Porter in property management or a similar position
• Knowledge of basic property cleaning and maintenance
• High school diploma or equivalent, preferred
• Valid Driver’s License

Required Testing

• Criminal Background Check, Non-DOT Testing, MVR
