EMBREY Recruiting for The Artesian at Bee Cave seeks a Leasing & Marketing Agent to support the Property Manager in leasing units and delivering exceptional resident services at a luxury community.

You will develop sales and marketing plans, drive traffic, and stay informed about competing properties to help reach occupancy goals. A strong emphasis is placed on customer service and community building.

Qualifications

• One year of experience as a Leasing Consultant.
• Experience utilizing Yardi and Microsoft Office Suite.
• High school diploma or equivalent, preferred.
• Valid Driver’s License.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies for the property.
• Increase traffic and occupancy to meet or exceed budgeted targets.
• Maintain thorough product knowledge through site visits and competitor analysis.
• Provide a 5-star customer service experience with proactive resident engagement.

Experience The EMBREY Way by joining our dynamic Property Management team as a Leasing & Marketing Agentat The Artesian at Bee Cave.

As aLeasing and Marketing Agent, you will assist the Property Manager in operating our luxury property by leasing units and providing a superior customer service experience to our current and future residents.

Responsibilities

• Work with the property staff to develop and implement sales and marketing strategies.
• Increase property traffic levels, maintain established closing ratios, and work to achieve and exceed budgeted occupancy percentages.
• Maintain thorough product knowledge of the property and that of major competition through site visits/tours and telephone surveys.
• Prioritize resident satisfaction by providing excellent customer service with a proactive 5-star experience approach while building strong and vibrant senses of community with all residents through daily interactions, touchpoints, and resident events.
• Build brand loyalty by ensuring that residents consistently receive a stellar experience.

Qualifications

• One year of experience as a Leasing Consultant
• Experience utilizing Yardi and Microsoft Office Suite
• High school diploma or equivalent, preferred
• Valid Driver’s License
