Job summary

Adamec Harley-Davidson of Jacksonville is seeking a dedicated service support associate to help with delivery, inventory movement, and dealership operations. This role involves operating the dealership vehicle, assisting with transfers from other dealers, and maintaining battery inventory to ensure motorcycles are ready for customers.

You will refill oils and supplies, detail and refuel vehicles after service, and communicate status to Service Advisors.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver’s license with motorcycle endorsement and clean driving record.
• Ability to move and handle heavy motorcycles safely.

• Use appropriate equipment to clean and maintain the shop area and facility.
• Support, promote, and get involved in the Help Sell and Motorcycle Referral programs.
• Act as an Ambassador for the dealership, and the Harley-Davidson brand.

Job Specifications

Physical and Mental Demands

• Frequently moves motorcycles weighing greater than 500 to over 950 lbs.;
• Frequently loads and unloads vehicles being delivered;
• Occasionally work more than 8-hours per day, and on the weekends;
• Occasionally move or transport objects that weigh > 50 lbs.;
• Occasionally operate hand-held, and other machinery or equipment.

Working Conditions

• Exposure to loud noises, fumes, and other toxic chemicals.
