Paylocity in Fredericksburg is hiring for a position that involves assisting with vehicle intake and delivery, organizing vehicles, and maintaining a clean service area. You will also support service advisors and technicians while providing exceptional customer service.

The ideal candidate should have a high school diploma, valid driver’s license, and a strong work ethic. Experience in automotive or customer service is preferred, but training will be provided.

Requirements

ADA Essential Duties

• Ability to push, pull, and maneuver motorcycles weighing up to 900 pounds (with assistance).
• Ability to stand, walk, and move around the dealership for extended periods.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds occasionally.
• Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
• Maintain regular and predictable attendance.
