Job summary

Adamec Harley-Davidson of Jacksonville is seeking a qualified Service Technician to diagnose vehicle needs and create detailed work-orders, then assign tasks to technicians and keep customers informed on progress. You will uphold Harley-Davidson standards while documenting all warranty and repair orders and maintaining accurate service records.

Essential Functions

• Maintain accuracy of all job-related service records;

Job Specifications

Physical and Mental Demands

• Frequently moves around the service area, and other parts of the dealership for > 75% of the shift;
• Frequently moves motorcycles weighing greater than 500 to over 950 lbs.;
• Occasionally lift objects that weigh > than 50lbs.;
• Occasionally work more than 8-hours per day, and on the weekends;
• Frequently operate computer, or other office equipment.

Working Conditions

• Constantly exposed to loud noises, fumes, and other toxic chemicals.
