Schedule: Monday through Thursday, 7:00 am - 11:00 am (16 hrs/week)

Location: Sunnyvale, CA

Payrate: $22/hr

Summary

Planned Companies Building Services (PBS) is seeking friendly and detail-oriented Janitors and Custodians to provide common area and bathroom cleaning services for residential and commercial properties. Your role is vital in maintaining a clean, healthy, and safe environment for tenants, guests, and vendors. Politeness, respect, thoroughness, and observance of high service standards are essential.

Primary Job Responsibilities:

• Vacuuming, sweeping, and mopping floors of various types
• Stripping, buffing, and waxing floors
• Dusting ceilings, light fixtures, countertops, and furniture
• Scrubbing and sanitizing bathrooms and kitchen fixtures
• Emptying trash cans, washing, and drying windows
• Requesting cleaning supply orders, reporting breakages and repairs
• Assisting building management with projects and other duties as needed

Requirements:

• Ability to stand for extended periods
• Lift 50 pounds or more
• Experience with cleaning products and equipment for floors and carpets
• Ability to work independently and in a team
• Strong report writing and verbal communication skills
• High School diploma or equivalent preferred
