Role: At The HUB, Crew members are ambassadors of Good, Clean Fun! This role is ideal for first-time job seekers or those seeking full-time, part-time, or flexible hours. Responsibilities include greeting guests, helping them learn about HUB, identifying service gaps, maintaining cleanliness, and assisting in minor service recovery. Crew members should be knowledgeable about all HUB areas, including tenant businesses and upcoming events. They also help keep the property clean and organized, from indoor spaces to the lawn, including tasks like collecting trays, assisting with umbrellas, trash runs, and ensuring tables and restrooms are maintained.

Requirements:

• Good communication, time management, and organization skills.
• Ability to recognize and improve guest mood.
• Ability to follow directions and work as part of a team.
• Problem-solving skills; self-motivated, organized, and able to multitask.
• Knowledge of safety, sanitation, and food handling procedures.

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to work outdoors.
• Ability to stand and walk for long periods, including stairs.
• Good vision and focus.
• Ability to reach, bend, stoop, and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Work in moderate to loud noise levels.
• Slip-resistant shoes required.
