Job Description

ZRS is a leading residential property management company committed to providing consistent service to residents and clients by recruiting, hiring, and retaining talented professionals in the industry.

The Groundskeeper is responsible for property maintenance, including but not limited to:

• Maintaining buildings and breezeways, ensuring they are free from trash and cobwebs
• Sweeping and blowing debris
• Replacing light bulbs in common areas and buildings
• Walking the property monthly
• Pressure washing buildings
• Preparing units for market readiness
• Cleaning all common areas, model units, and amenities
• Maintaining the compactor area free from debris

• Organizational skills
