Who We Need

We are searching for results-oriented, experienced Porters to support the Facilities and Maintenance Team in cleaning and maintaining the school's buildings and systems, including walls, flooring, ceilings, toilet rooms, radiator and vent covers, plumbing, electric and fire detection systems, furniture, and equipment. Responsibilities also include packing, unpacking, moving boxes, furniture, and equipment, as well as assisting with departmental needs.

Specific Duties

• Cleaning: Utilize best techniques to clean and maintain all areas to high standards.
• Moving & Set-ups: Move and arrange furniture, equipment, and deliveries carefully and efficiently.
• Paint, Maintenance & Repairs: Assist in painting and repairs, report hazards, and maintain building cleanliness.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or G.E.D.
• Ability to perform tasks timely and to high standards, familiar with chemicals and tools used.
• Positive interaction with supervisors and co-workers, team-oriented, flexible.
• Friendly, courteous, polite, good communication skills, helpful attitude.
• This position requires full vaccination proof.
