TRG Management Company, LLLP seeks a Property Manager in West Palm Beach to oversee leasing, rent collection, and daily property operations across multiple sites. You will supervise staff, monitor budgets, and coordinate vendor activities to meet occupancy goals.

• Associate degree (A.A.) from two-year college or technical school; or six months to one-year related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Associate degree or 6 months to 1 year related experience.

Responsibilities

• Prepares lease or rental agreements and collects rents.
• Directs bookkeeping and credits/debits client accounts as needed.
• Arranges for alterations, maintenance, or reconditioning per budget.
• Employs or contracts security, maintenance, and groundskeeping staff as required.
• Purchases supplies and equipment for leased properties.
• Directs occupancy status reporting and lease expiration tracking.
• Provides support to clients regarding financing, purchasing, or selling property.
• Prepares periodic building inventory and condition reports for owners.
• Contracts utilities transfers for tenants.
• Assists with tenant evictions per court orders.
