Job summary

TRG Management is seeking a motivated maintenance associate to join our team. You will perform cleaning, light maintenance, and upkeep across our properties, ensuring safe, attractive living spaces for residents and smooth daily operations.

We value reliability and strong communication. A high school diploma is preferred, with at least one year of hands-on experience. A valid driver's license and the ability to lift heavy equipment are required.

Qualifications

• Requires a high school diploma or equivalent (preferred).
• At least 1 year of hands-on maintenance or cleaning experience.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills required.
• Able to lift and work with heavy equipment; valid driver’s license and clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Clean and polish lighting fixtures, marble surfaces, and trim.
• Replace light bulbs.
• Clean rooms, hallways, lobbies, lounges, rest rooms, corridors, elevators, stairways, and locker rooms.
• Sweep, mop, scrub, and vacuum hallways, stairs, and office spaces.
• Clean rugs, carpets, upholstered furniture, and draperies.
• Wash walls, ceilings, windows, sills, door panels and woodwork.
• Transport trash to disposal area and empty bins.
• Cut and trim grass if required.
• Transport small equipment or tools on property.

Essential Functions and Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Cleaning and polishing lighting fixtures, marble surfaces, and trim.
• Replacing light bulbs.
• Cleaning rooms, hallways, lobbies, lounges, rest rooms, corridors, elevators, stairways, and locker rooms and other work areas.
• Sweeping, mopping, scrubbing, and vacuuming hallways, stairs and office space.

• Washing walls, ceilings, windows and sills, door panels and woodwork.
• Transporting trash and waste to disposal area and emptying trash and garbage containers.
• Cutting and trimming grass, if required.

The ideal candidate will possess:

• A high school diploma or equivalent (preferred).
• A minimum of one year hands-on maintenance experience in areas such as cleaning and basic maintenance.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills required.
• The ability to lift and work heavy equipment. Valid driver's license and good driving record along with auto insurance required.
