Tarantino Properties, Inc. is hiring a Porter/Housekeeper for Sycamore Meadows Apartments in Ypsilanti, MI. You will keep the property clean, assist the maintenance team, and help ensure a welcoming community for residents.

Responsibilities include trash removal, cleaning breezeways and shared areas, inspecting vacated units, painting touch-ups, and supporting light repairs. Competitive pay and a full benefits package.

Qualifications

• Clean and remove debris from walkways, parking lots, and outdoor areas.
• Empty trash cans regularly.
• Inspect vacated units and create a punch list of needed repairs.
• Paint walls, patch holes, and touch up surfaces.
• Test and ensure all systems (HVAC, plumbing, electrical) are functioning.
• Assist with snow and ice removal (if applicable).
