Job summary

The Hayworth Apartments in Memorial Area, Houston, is hiring a Porter / Make Ready to prepare vacant units for market readiness and support the maintenance team. You will perform cleaning, grounds care, and resident-focused service to keep common areas in top condition.

• 1+ years of maintenance or custodial experience preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately.
• Basic knowledge of maintenance tools and equipment a plus.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Must be able to occasionally lift 50lbs.
