Madison Communities is seeking a Community Porter/Housekeeper to keep our Madison Shores community clean, welcoming, and well-maintained. You will prepare apartments for new residents and keep common areas pristine, helping turn spaces into comfortable homes for residents.

Responsabilités

• Prepare apartments for new residents with care.
• Keep clubhouses, gyms, breezeways, lounges sparkling and welcoming.
• Perform light maintenance tasks (painting, filter changes, bulb replacements).
• Operate cleaning equipment and manage supplies.
• Report and help address minor repair needs.

What You'll Do

Responsibilities

As a key part of our team, you’ll be responsible for keeping the community in tip-top shape, from preparing new apartments to maintaining shared spaces. Your day-to-day includes:

• Preparing apartments for new residents with care and attention
• Keeping community areas—like clubhouses, gyms, breezeways, and lounges—sparkling and welcoming
• Handling light maintenance tasks (painting, filter changes, replacing light bulbs)
• Operating cleaning equipment and maintaining supplies
• Reporting and helping address minor repair needs

Schedule
