Job summary

Sky at Chandler Airpark, managed by Management Support, is seeking a Porter/Groundskeeper for our Chandler, AZ property. The role includes grounds care, trash pickup, and assisting the Maintenance Foreman and Apartment Manager to keep common areas pristine.

This is a full-time, 40-hour-per-week position with biweekly payroll via direct deposit. Hourly pay ranges from $17.00 to $19.00, with benefits including Medical PPO, Dental Plan, 401(k) and Life insurance. Bilingual applicants are a plus.

Qualifications

• Lift and carry 30 lb up stairs.
• Grounds care and trash pickup.
• Work under direction of Maintenance Foreman and Apartment Manager.
• Understand company policies.

Responsibilities

• Grounds care and trash pickup at the property.
• Assist Maintenance Foreman and Apartment Manager as needed.
• Support resident services and maintain exterior areas.
