The role emphasizes safety, teamwork, and excellent customer service as you help keep common areas tidy, pool spaces, and exteriors in top condition for daily living and special events.

Qualifications

• Previous groundskeeping, landscaping, or related experience preferred.
• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Ability to operate landscaping equipment and power tools safely.
• Strong attention to detail and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Maintain cleanliness and curb appeal of the community including grounds and common areas.
• Perform mowing, edging, trimming, planting, watering, and debris removal.
• Operate landscaping equipment, power tools, and vehicles safely.
• Assist with pool area maintenance and seasonal prep.
• Pressure wash walkways and buildings as needed.
• Inspect exterior lighting and replace bulbs.
• Support maintenance make-ready tasks and inspections.
• Report safety concerns to the Maintenance Supervisor and Community Manager.
