Job summary

Management Support at Crossing at Cooley Station in Gilbert, AZ seeks a Porter/Groundskeeper to maintain the property grounds for 408 units.

You will work full-time 40 hours per week, with pay $17.00–$19.00 per hour, and bi-weekly payroll with direct deposit. Benefits include Medical PPO, Dental, 401(k) and life insurance.

Bilingual candidates are a plus; duties include lifting 30 lbs up stairs and trash pickup under supervision.

Qualifications

• Lift and carry 30 lb up stairs.
• Grounds care and trash pickup.
• Work under direction of Maintenance Foreman and Apartment Manager.
• Bilingual (any language) a plus.
• Understand company policies.

Responsibilities

• Maintain the grounds of 408 apartment units.
• Assist with trash pickup and general groundskeeping tasks.
• Support Maintenance Foreman and Property Manager as needed.
