Job summary

Management Support is seeking a Porter/Groundskeeper for Las Colinas at Black Canyon, a 34000 N. 27th Dr property in Phoenix, AZ.

The role includes grounds maintenance and exterior upkeep for our Class A/B multifamily units, with duties supervised by the Maintenance Foreman and Apartment Manager.

Qualifications

• Must be able to lift 30 lbs and perform groundskeeping tasks.
• Grounds maintenance and trash pickup are core duties.
• Work under the supervision of Maintenance Foreman and Apartment Manager.
• Bilingual ability is a plus; familiarity with company policies.

Responsibilities

• Perform groundskeeping and exterior maintenance at Las Colinas at Black Canyon.
• Assist with trash pickup and litter control in common areas.
• Coordinate with Maintenance Foreman and Apartment Manager on daily tasks.
