Advanced Asset Management is seeking a Groundskeeper/Porter to maintain the property's grounds, common areas, and shared spaces while supporting a safe, welcoming environment for residents.

Responsibilities include mowing, trimming, trash removal, and keeping lobbies clean. The role requires reliability, teamwork, and weekend availability to support property operations.

Qualifications

• 6+ months of apartment/groundskeeping or related experience.
• Strong customer service and time-management skills.
• Reliable, hardworking and able to work independently.
• Good organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
• Ability to perform physical outdoor work.
• Availability to work weekends when required.

Responsibilities

• Maintain lawns, landscaping, walkways, parking areas, and common spaces.
• Perform basic grounds maintenance, including mowing and trimming.
• Remove trash, debris, and other materials from property grounds.
• Clean and maintain lobbies, hallways, amenities, and other shared areas.
• Keep the property clean, safe, and presentable.
• Report maintenance and safety issues to management.
• Assist with general cleaning, property upkeep, and maintenance tasks as needed.
• Provide professional and courteous service to residents and team members.
• Support weekend property operations when required.
