Job Description

Habitat America, LLC is seeking a full-time Porter/Groundskeeper in Fredericksburg, Virginia, for Riverwoods of Fredericksburg Apartments. Riverwoods at Fredericksburg is a 187-unit apartment community located just outside of Old Town Fredericksburg. This fast-growing property management company is largely based in the Mid-Atlantic region.

This position requires basic entry-level maintenance experience. The Porter must be able to work independently and as part of a team. Responsibilities include keeping the building and grounds clean, assisting Maintenance Technicians, helping with technical maintenance tickets, unit turnovers, and possibly participating in on-call rotations. The Porter reports directly to the Community Manager. The hourly wage depends on experience.
