Job summary

Richdale Apartments is seeking a Porter/Grounds team member to support luxury communities. Responsibilities include final prep and small repairs, drywall repair, paint touch-ups, door and lock changes, light plumbing/electrical work, landscaping, pool maintenance, and general grounds upkeep.

A driver’s license, 1 year of grounds experience, and a strong customer service mindset are essential. The role emphasizes maintaining a presentable property for residents and may involve fast-paced tasks

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of landscaping or grounds experience required
• CPO (Certified Pool Operator Certification) preferred
• Experience in maintaining commercial grounds preferred
• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Valid driver's license required
• Strong customer service orientation
• Have an eye for detail to ensure property is presentable for new & existing residents
• Perform light maintenance
• Ability to consistently display a positive attitude
• Enjoy working in a fast-paced environment
