Richdale Apartments in Houston, Texas is seeking a dedicated Groundskeeper to maintain exceptional curb appeal for our luxury communities. Responsibilities include general grounds maintenance, pool upkeep, and landscaping duties.

The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year of landscaping experience and a high school diploma. We offer competitive benefits, including 401K match, health and dental insurance, and career growth opportunities.

Competenze

• Experience in maintaining commercial grounds preferred.
• Valid driver's license required.

Overview

We are hiring dedicated and motivated Groundskeeper positions for numerous Class A & B luxury communities. Our Groundskeeper team plays a key part in our team and are recognized and rewarded for their hard work.

Responsibilities

• Ensuring your property maintains exceptional curb appeal by keeping the grounds and buildings clean and properly maintained
• General grounds and pool maintenance
• Landscape-planting and weeding
• Trash pickup and removal
• Performing cleaning, basic maintenance and repair of pools and hot tubs.
• Other duties: Trimming, water plants, hang flyers, sweep grounds, etc.
• M-F: 8am-4:30pm and Saturday/Sunday for roughly 2 hours to check pool chemicals. (Can shorten weekday hours if they do not want OT)
• Landscaping
• Pool maintenance

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of landscaping, grounds or general maintenance experience required
