Job summary

Weinstein Properties in Georgia is hiring a Porter/Groundskeeper to maintain the appearance and safety of our apartment communities. Hours are Monday–Friday, 8am–5pm, with pay starting at $17 per hour plus quarterly bonuses and a 30% rent discount for eligible employees.

A $1000 stay-on bonus is available after 90 days in good standing. Porters keep common areas clean, tidy, and welcoming, performing groundskeeping tasks and assisting residents as needed.

Qualifications

• Reliable, detail-oriented and self-motivated.
• Able to work outdoors in various weather.
• Punctual and capable of regular schedule.

Responsibilities

• Keep communities clean, beautiful, and welcoming.
• Perform routine groundskeeping and porter duties.
• Assist residents and respond to basic maintenance needs as required.

Pay: Hourly rates are competitive (starting at $17/hour) + Quarterly Bonuses + 30% Rent Discount
