The schedule is Monday to Friday, 8am–5pm, with a starting wage of $17 per hour plus quarterly bonuses and a 30% rent discount. Ideal candidates are reliable, detail-oriented, and self-motivated, able to perform physical tasks and work with maintenance teams to maintain curb appeal across properties in Georgia.

Responsibilities

• Keep communities clean, beautiful, and welcoming.
• Assist maintenance and leasing teams as needed.
• Perform light painting, housekeeping tasks, and basic upkeep.
• Operate equipment like backpack blowers and power washers as required.
