Job summary

Weinstein Properties, headquartered in Richmond, Virginia, seeks a Porter/Groundskeeper for our Fort Worth community. The role supports a clean, safe, and attractive environment for residents, with a Monday–Friday, 8am–5pm schedule.

Starting pay is $16.50/hour plus quarterly bonuses; a stay-on bonus of $1,000 after 90 days is eligible. We value reliability, initiative, and pride in workmanship as key traits for success in this full-time position.

We have a fantastic Porter / Groundskeeper opportunity available!

Weinstein Properties, headquartered in Richmond, Virginia owns and manages over 60 apartment communities in Virginia, North Carolina, Texas, Tennessee, and Georgia. Locations: Bexley at Left Bank - Fort Worth, TX

Pay: Hourly rates are competitive (starting at $16.50/hour) + Quarterly Bonuses

Bonus*: Currently eligible for a $1000 stay on bonus after 90 days and in good standing. (*For the stay on bonus - the recruiter can discuss the details. Stay with us and be awesome and you get this great bonus!)

Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8am - 5pm
