The Tipton Group is seeking a dependable Groundskeeper/Porter in Haltom City, TX to keep the community attractive and welcoming for residents and guests.

This hands-on role involves outdoor work, light custodial duties, and assisting the maintenance team. We offer a 401(k) with employer match, vision and life insurance options, paid time off, competitive pay, and advancement opportunities.

Responsabilidades

• Walk the property and maintain the overall appearance of the community.
• Pick up trash and debris throughout the grounds.
• Keep sidewalks, parking lots, common areas, and building exteriors clean.
• Perform routine custodial duties around the property.
• Assist with light landscaping and general grounds upkeep.
• Help maintain the leasing office and surrounding areas.
• Report maintenance or safety concerns to the appropriate team member.
• Assist the maintenance team with general tasks and special projects as needed.
• Help create a clean, welcoming environment for residents and visitors.

What You’ll Do
