Job summary

Fairstead is seeking a dedicated Porter for custodial and maintenance tasks at our Cleveland-area property. You will support daily upkeep, safety checks, and resident-facing service to ensure a clean, welcoming living environment.

The role requires flexibility, including weekends and on-call shifts, with opportunities to contribute to resident outcomes and property efficiency. Beneficial to have hands-on maintenance aptitude and a customer-focused approach.

The Porter provides routine cleaning and custodial maintenance of the property’s exterior. They are responsible for maintaining the clean and hygienic condition of the property’s premises and facilities.

RESPONSIBILITIES
