Job summary

Fairstead ESC LLC is seeking a Porter to perform routine cleaning, custodial maintenance, and basic repairs to help maintain a safe, clean living environment across our communities. You will be responsible for keeping common areas well-kept and contributing to curb appeal, enabling residents to enjoy a comfortable home.

As a porter, you will walk the property daily, assist with repairs, and deliver friendly customer service to residents.

Qualifications

• General interest in custodial/maintenance work and ability to demonstrate mechanical aptitude.
• Availability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and on-call.
• Perform other related duties as required.

The Porter provides routine cleaning and custodial maintenance of the property’s exterior. They are responsible for maintaining the clean and hygienic condition of the property’s premises and facilities.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Assist with repairing and maintaining the community features.
• Ensure a safe and clean-living experience for our residents.
• Maintain a high-level of customer service.
• Walk the property daily, inspecting all areas for cleanliness and safety, and helping to maintain great curb appeal.
• Perform other duties as required.
