Job summary

The Property Management Company (The PMC) is seeking a Porter for a part-time position in El Paso, TX. You will be responsible for keeping the property clean and maintained, including common areas, vacancy turnover, and light maintenance tasks that support a welcoming community for residents.

Ideal candidates will have housekeeping or janitorial experience, be able to lift up to 50 lbs, and work well independently while delivering courteous service to residents and staff.

About The Role

As a Porter, your primary responsibility is to ensure a consistently clean facility. This entails maintaining the grounds, performing maintenance tasks, and cleaning the property's interior and exterior, including potential landscaping duties. While not required, having minor maintenance experience, such as painting and drywall repair, is considered a plus for this position. Clean and maintain all common areas, including hallways, lobbies, stairwells, elevators, laundry rooms, restrooms, and the office sweep, mop, vacuum, and dust floors and surfaces. Empty trash receptacles and remove garbage from the building. Clean vacant units as necessary, including floors, bathrooms, kitchens, and windows, to prepare them for new residents.
