The Property Management Company is seeking a dedicated Porter to ensure a consistently clean facility across our properties. Primary duties include grounds maintenance, interior/exterior cleaning, and basic maintenance tasks.

Responsabilidades

• Sweep, mop, buff, and vacuum all floors as needed.
• Clean management offices, clubrooms, kitchens, common areas, and bathrooms as needed.
• Empty all trash cans on a daily basis and dispose of trash in designated areas.
• Pick up garbage around the property daily.
• Assist maintenance team as needed, including painting and work orders.

About The Role

As a Porter, your primary responsibility is to ensure a consistently clean facility. This entails maintaining the grounds, performing maintenance tasks, and cleaning the property's interior and exterior, including potential landscaping duties. While not required, having minor maintenance experience, such as painting and drywall repair, is considered a plus for this position.
