The Property Management Company is a nationwide property management company. Our current property portfolio consists of around 8,000 apartments and townhomes, with a focus on providing affordable housing for seniors and persons with disabilities. About The Role

As a Porter, your primary responsibility is to ensure a consistently clean facility. This entails maintaining the grounds, performing maintenance tasks, and cleaning the property's interior and exterior, including potential landscaping duties. While not required, having minor maintenance experience, such as painting and drywall repair, is considered a plus for this position.

Clean and maintain all common areas, including hallways, lobbies, stairwells, elevators, laundry rooms, restrooms, and the office sweep, mop, vacuum, and dust floors and surfaces. Empty trash receptacles and remove garbage from the building. Clean vacant units as necessary, including floors, bathrooms, kitchens, and windows, to prepare them for new residents.
