Worth Ross Management Company, Inc. seeks a reliable Porter to keep a high-rise residential community clean and welcoming. You will maintain interior and exterior common areas, from lobbies to pool areas, ensuring safety and cleanliness for residents and guests.

Responsibilities include routine cleaning, trash/removal, grounds upkeep, and supporting valet services. A service-focused, detail-oriented team player is ideal for this fast-paced environment in Downtown Austin.

Responsibilities

• Clean and maintain common areas, including lobbies, hallways, community spaces, gym, and pool areas.
• Perform routine duties such as sweeping, mopping, trash and recycling removal.
• Assist with groundskeeping and upkeep of outdoor areas and building perimeter.
• Support valet trash and recycling services as scheduled.
• Report maintenance or safety concerns to management.
• Provide courteous, professional service to residents, guests, and vendors.

• LOCATION: Downtown Austin - Market District
• SCHEDULE: Saturday and Sunday plus 3 days during the week.
• PAY RATE: $21 - $22 per hour.
